The Prosocial & Active Learning (PAL) Classrooms program consists of 9 full-day in-person professional development sessions. These sessions explore how educators approach classroom management and discipline, student motivation, relationship building, and the classroom learning environment. In this program a flipped classroom approach is utilized to provide opportunities for educators to engage in a book study that complements the in-person training in order to extend the learning beyond the PD sessions.
