Introduction

Viewing our professional life with a growth mindset can help us adapt to change and expand our capacities as an educator. We consider strategies for establishing a growth mindset and use reflection to support the development of a growth mindset. Additionally, we will apply a growth mindset and reflective practices to the eMINTS portfolio process and consider opportunities for engaging learners in reflection to support a growth mindset.
